    How do I find the merchandise I need?

    You can browse through the Merchandise section of the site to see what is available and find the item(s) you want. In addition, you can find recommended merchandise items in the Business Solutions and Promotions sections of the site. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, you can use the Product Search function to find your desired item(s).


    How do I place an order?

    You can place an order by first finding the item you want in the Merchandise section of the site. Once you’ve found your item, you can then select the quantity/size/color (as applicable) and add the item to your shopping cart. After it has been added to your cart, click “Checkout”. If you’ve already logged into the site, you can complete the checkout process. If you're a new user, you'll be prompted to complete the registration process and log in. After you’ve logged in, you can complete your checkout from there.


    I have a problem with my order. Who can I contact?

    You can contact our Order Management team for assistance. Please call 877-COKE 612 and press #1 to reach the Order Management group. Please make sure you have your Order Confirmation number available. You can find this number on the confirmation email you received from us. Also, you can find your Order Confirmation number by logging into cokesolutions.com, clicking on “My Account” and then “View Order History”.


    Can I place an order by phone?

    Placing an order online is the most convenient method to use and allows you to pay for your purchase with a credit card. If you choose to place an order by phone, please have your ACN number available. Please note that credit cards are not accepted on phone orders. Please call 877-COKE 612 and press #2 to place a new order.


    Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

    Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we cannot accept any cancellations. However, if there is a problem with your order, you may be able to return it. Please review our Returns Policy for information on returning an item.


    I want to save an item in my cart and order it later. How can I do that?

    You can save merchandise items by clicking the “Add to My Lists” link on the product’s description page.


    I want to order a merchandise or POS item that is not in your online catalog. How can I do that?

    Our catalog has the most regularly ordered items; however, there may be some items that are not available online. Therefore, you can contact us at 877-COKE 612 and press #2 to place those orders. Please note that credit cards are not accepted on phone orders. Also, if you choose to place an order by phone, please have your ACN number available.

    Is it safe to use a credit card?

    Yes! You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. To further protect you, The Coca-Cola Company does not store your credit card information after your transaction is complete. We take very careful measures to protect your information and ensure that transactions made on Cokesolutions.com are secure.

    What are my shipping options?

    Items may be shipped via ground, 2nd day (Economy) air, next day (Standard) air, or next day (Priority) by 10:00 am air.


    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping will vary depending on how many and what items are ordered, as well as what shipping option is chosen. You will see the total shipping costs prior to submitting your order.


    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    A sales tax will be assessed on all packages being shipped to the state of Georgia. Packages shipped to all other states will not be taxed.


    Do you ship outside of the US?

    We also ship to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


    Can I ship to multiple locations?

    Yes. During the Checkout process, you can select the “Ship To” address you want to use for each item you purchase.


    How do I change my shipping address?

    You can manage your addresses in the “My Account” section of the site. Simply click on the My Account link near the top of the page and then select “Manage My Shipping Addresses”. From there, you can add, edit or delete your shipping addresses.

    When will my order arrive?

    After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your order has shipped. The email will include your order confirmation number, shipping carrier, tracking number, and link to the carrier’s web site so you can track your package online.


    How do I track my order?

    As soon as each package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the way. You'll receive a tracking number for DHL and you can use this number to track your package online at www.dhl-usa.com.


    My package should have arrived by now, but it hasn’t. What should I do?

    If your package is late in arriving, please double-check the status of your shipment by using your tracking number at www.dhl-usa.com. If your issue is still not resolved, please contact our Order Management team at 877-COKE 612 and we'll be happy to help you.

    What is your Returns Policy?

    To return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of the order date (i.e. the date the order was submitted on Cokesolutions.com) to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.   A $10.00 re-stocking fee will be charged per item.  


    When contacting Order Management, please make sure you have your Order Confirmation number available. You can find this number on the confirmation email you received from us. Also, you can find your Order Confirmation number by logging into cokesolutions.com, clicking on “My Account” and then “View Order History”.


    How do I return an item?

    Please contact Order Management at 877-COKE 612 (press #1) within 30 days of the order date to obtain an RMA number. Once you receive the RMA, you must ship the returned package to the address designated on the RMA within 14 days. The RMA must be placed on all returned packages to ensure proper credit. Once we have received the returned package in good condition, a credit will be issued to the credit card originally billed. Credit will not be issued if this process is not followed.


    What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

    We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your items in excellent condition. However, in the event that an item in your shipment is damaged, please contact our Order Management team at 877-COKE 612 within 30 days of the order date. You will be asked to return the item to us.


    When contacting Order Management, please make sure you have your Order Confirmation number available. You can find this number on the confirmation email you received from us. Also, you can find your Order Confirmation number by logging into cokesolutions.com, clicking on “My Account” and then “View Order History”.


    I returned an item but have not received a credit yet? What should I do?

    Please contact our Order Management team at 877-COKE 612 for assistance. Please note that a credit will only be issued if the correct return procedure was followed.

    I forgot my password. What do I do?

    Click the link on the sign in page that reads, "Forgot your password?" Fill out the form and click the send button, and we'll send your password to your e-mail address.


    How do I change my password?

    You can go into “My Account” and click on “Edit Profile”. From there, you can change your password.


    I entered my password three times and then got locked out of the system. What do I do now?

    In this case, you will be directed to the Password Reset screen and asked to reset your password. You will then receive an email (sent to the email address on record) with a system generated password that you can use to access your account. Once you’ve logged in, you can then create your own new secure password.

    Do I have to buy something in order to use this site?

    Not at all! Cokesolutions.com is another way for customers of The Coca-Cola Company to access actionable business building information on a variety of topics. In some cases, there are recommended merchandise items that complement these solutions. However, in many cases, you will not need to purchase the merchandise in order to take advantage of the solution being provided.


    My salesperson told me about a promotion, but it’s not listed online. How can I be a part of the promotion?

    Cokesolutions.com offers access to select promotions that are offered throughout the year. In order to learn more about other promotions, contact your Coca-Cola salesperson or call us at 877-COKE 612 and press #2.


    I have a question for one of the vendors listed in the Cutting Costs section.
