Featured Study: Untangling the Social Web

Welcome to the Coca-Cola Retailing Research Council (CCRRC), your online resource for information about strategic issues impacting grocery and convenience store retailers.  Here you'll find one of the most comprehensive collections of original retailing research, including more than 49 international studies conducted by retailers for retailers.  With access to easy-to-use search functions on the site, these resources can help you gain insights into emerging trends and learn about ideas to conduct your business more effectively.

Visionary professionals from leading companies around the globe participate as council members to identify important issues and opportunities in the grocery and convenience retail business, conduct relevant research and encourage broad public dissemination of findings. CCRRC is composed of seven councils – each has a section on this site with lists of members and studies they’ve conducted. While The Coca-Cola Company supports these endeavors, all research is conducted independently of the Coca-Cola system and executed under the oversight of each council on behalf of the industry.

CCRRC online is hosted by Cokesolutions.com, a powerful resource designed to help customers and partners of The Coca-Cola Company attract business, boost sales and enhance operations. You are welcome to explore other areas of this website to discover shopper marketing insights, content of value to retail and foodservice operators, specialized tools and quick, easy access to merchandise.
